* Monthly rates are based on an average of 21.75 days per month, but actual days are billed.

Full fee paying clients are not responsible for paying when the provider is not available, however payment is optional.


NOTICE

We respectfully request one month notice and require two weeks (10 business days) notice in writing are required when a child leaves the program. Please tell your Home Child Care Consultant and Provider as well. A call to the Accounting Office will ensure that your next post-dated cheque will not be processed.

Fee Adjustments

Parents will be given as much notice as possible of any changes in fee.
