          To the memory of Rosemary Somers - Executive Director 
          of AndrewFleck Child Care Services, 1978 to 1994. In the citation for 
          the 1993 Award of Excellence in Child Care in Canada, given by the Canadian 
          Child Care Federation, Rosemary was described as having "shown 
          vision and a willingness to stretch the boundaries beyond traditional 
          day care into the community to develop and implement new and innovative 
          programs." She was also a wonderful gardener.
